Swine Flu Vaccinations
If you, or a member of your family is over the age of 6 months and falls into one of the
following "at risk" categories, you can still receive your swine flu vaccination.
Chronic Respiratory Disease
Chronic Renal Disease
Chronic Neurological Disease
Chronic Heart Disease
Chronic Liver Disease
Diabetes
Pregnant
Immunosuppressed
Household contact of an immunosuppressed person
We currently have clinics during the week. Please note that appointments are required
for all clinics. Please phone or ask at reception for an appointment.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
From Monday 15th June 2009 the following changes will be made to our appointment
system.

2. From W/C Monday 8th June appointments will no longer be released at 1pm on a
Friday. (last day these appointments will be available is Friday 5th June.)
