Easter Weekend

The surgery will close on Thursday 1st April at 6pm and

will re-open on Tuesday 6th April at 8am.

Please ensure you have enough medication to last.

Swine Flu Vaccinations

If you, or a member of your family is over the age of 6 months and falls into one of the

following "at risk" categories, you can still receive your swine flu vaccination.

Chronic Respiratory Disease 

Chronic Renal Disease

Chronic Neurological Disease

Chronic Heart Disease

Chronic Liver Disease

Diabetes

Pregnant

Immunosuppressed

Household contact of an immunosuppressed person

We currently have clinics during the week.  Please note that appointments are required

for all clinics.  Please phone or ask at reception for an appointment.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

From Monday 15th June 2009 the following changes will be made to our appointment

system.

1. Appointments will open every day for:-

• 48 hours in advance
• 1 week in advance
• 2 weeks in advance

Please note:

2. From W/C Monday 8th June appointments will no longer be released at 1pm on a

 Friday.  (last day these appointments will be available is Friday 5th June.)
