Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If your doctor agrees, you may obtain your regular medicines by repeat prescription. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by:

1. Posting in the repeat prescription box at the front door of the health centre.

2. Sending the right-hand side of the form to the health centre by post. (This form is attached to the prescription you uplift from the chemist to enable you to tick what drugs are required in the future.)

3. Faxing the right-hand side of the form to us on 01236 826231.

4. Phone the prescription line (0844 477 2552 option 5). It takes two full working days to process your request, so please ensure that your prescription is requested in time.

5. Online Repeat Prescriptions:
